At PMD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your RMA number.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging or a secure mailing box.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
